Harts Farm ciders are produced from heritage cider apples on our property and other varieties by friends on the Peninsula. All our ciders undergo primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks and are then bottle conditioned for a natural carbonation. Pasteurisation provides control of residual sugar content for the Dry and Semi-Dry ciders. Bone Dry cider has no residual sucrose or fructose and is suitable for fructose intolerant people who otherwise reluctant to drink apple cider. Our Spiced cider is a mulled cider which is delicious served chilled and fizzy or gently heated in a saucepan during winter months.
Hart’s Farm Bottle Fermented Apple Cider is produced from both heritage apples from our farm and more modern varieties from friends’ orchards in Red Hill.
